Our History
At Frosting Factory, we believe cookie decorating is more than just an activity—it’s a way to spark creativity and connect with others. Our journey began with the inspiration of a beautifully iced Christmas cookie: white royal icing flowing smoothly, shimmering slightly, and perfectly self-leveled, topped with delicate green and red diagonal lines. That single cookie ignited a passion to explore the art of cookie decorating and share it with the world.
As we honed our craft, we realized it wasn’t just about flawless designs but about the joy in the process. We became deeply committed to creating a better royal icing—one that’s clean, preservative-free, and made with quality ingredients. We were astonished by the unnecessary additives in traditional cookie decorating products and knew we could do better.
Our mission is simple: to make cookie decorating accessible, creative, and fun for everyone. From our preservative-free royal icing in natural white and vibrant seasonal colors to our thoughtfully curated DIY cookie kits, we aim to inspire you to create and enjoy your own edible masterpieces. Whether you're a seasoned decorator or a beginner, our products are designed to take the fuss out of cookie decorating while keeping the magic intact.

This kit is a pop up shop and pop up preorders only. Kit contains holiday themed packaging, 2 sample jars of royal icing 10 g, 2 mini Sprinklemix sampler jars and 4 round 2 inch buttery sugar cookies. Kits contain 2 spreading spoons.
